You and your groom will be hungry when the time comes to eat. Your family and wedding party will be, too.

Serve them well! The catering choices on the Central Coast are varied and high in quality, and you will easily find something scrumptious! The only problem in selecting a caterer here is that they are all so excellent that it’s just difficult to choose.

If you are having your reception in a hotel, your only choices are the foods you’ll want. Makes that a bit easier, anyway!

But, for any other kind of location, you’ll have a lot to choose from! Caterers usually specialize. Their focus might be on Continental cuisine, TexMex, seafood or just good ol’ Central Coast tri-tip barbecue with all salad, beans and San Luis Sourdough you want.

    Whatever you choose, call the caterers you’re interested in, and ask a few questions before you go see them:

  2. Do you cater at my chosen location?
  3. Do you serve parties of my size?
  4. Can I get a plated (or banquet) service?
  5. Do you have a barrista and complete coffee service? (If not, contact local coffee services.)
  6. Can you supply bar drinks or wines?
